NIXsolutions: Apple Launched YouTube Channel for Developers

Apple has officially announced WWDC 2024, its annual developer conference scheduled to run from June 10 to 14. In anticipation of this event, the company has unveiled a dedicated YouTube channel where developers can access all WWDC sessions.

Accessing WWDC Sessions on YouTube

Serenity Caldwell, Chief Content Officer and Design Evangelist for visionOS and other Apple platforms, shared the news on X, emphasizing Apple’s efforts to make sessions more accessible. The newly launched YouTube channel, already hosting videos from WWDC 2023, will soon feature content from this year’s conference. However, sessions will remain available on the official website and app for Apple developers.

Anticipated Highlights of WWDC 2024

WWDC 2024 is expected to introduce iOS 18, with a significant focus on AI-powered features, alongside the unveiling of visionOS 2, a substantial update to the visionOS operating system. The event, free for all developers, will cover the latest advancements across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS. In addition to showcasing new developments, Apple aims to provide developers with exclusive access to experts, tools, frameworks, and features to enhance their apps and games.

Registration and Attendance

Similar to previous years, all WWDC 2024 sessions will require advance registration. Apple plans to host an in-person event at Apple Park for press and select developers. Those interested in attending can sign up via the Apple Developer website, adds NIXsolutions.
